curry chicken pot pie! the stuff is like crack. it can be made without the curry too if it's just not your thing. that or apple crisp. yum :)

i love cherry blossoms. one of my life goals is to go to japan to experience their cherry blossom viewing festivities. i saw this design online awhile ago and have been searching through every origami book and i finally found it in:

i sent the three blankets i knit/crocheted off to warm woolies yesterday! very exciting :) they send donations to orphanages in russia, kazakhstan, mongolia, china and to a few reservations in south dakota. i wonder where they'll end up??

these are my relaxation-happy books :) they go best with an apple, doritos, or kettle corn with milk. i read these until they fall to pieces.

i finally finished the knitted quilt i started last month! it took forever to sew each square because i had to switch yarn colors with each square so that the stitches would blend in. that's a lot of weaving in loose ends :( but it's done! tah dah! i got kind of crazy towards the end but i think it turned out pretty well.
